Back pain doesn’t just affect your riding.
It changes how you train, how you move on the bike, and eventually how much confidence you have in your body.
Many of the riders I work with have already tried stretching, mobility work, physiotherapy, massage, injections, or multiple rounds of rehabilitation. Some have been dealing with pain for years. Others have been told surgery may be their next option.
The goal isn’t simply to reduce pain.
The goal is to help you understand what’s driving your symptoms, rebuild strength and confidence, and get back to riding without constantly worrying about your back.
