With a degree in Sport Science and decades of experience in sport performance and injury management, I train riders to get stronger, stay injury-free, and enjoy their riding more—without gimmicks or wasted time.

 

My approach:

 

  • Build longevity so you can ride for years, not months.

  • Prioritize consistency to keep progress stacking.

  • Train in ways that support your riding, not take away from it.

  • Use proven strength methods the pros rely on (and the ones who don’t… should).

  • Develop confidence, movement skill, and a body that can handle the demands of Modern Mountain Biking.
